• As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive revenue and margin through effective demand planning and inventory management. • Analyze data, monitor business trends, and implement strategic action plans for success. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance for assigned retail accounts. • Act as the main point of contact for customer-specific needs. • Regularly generate and analyze business performance reports to identify insights and risks. • Monitor and coordinate sales performance relative to promotional goals. • Work closely with sales teams on forecasting and supply chain coordination. • Lead monthly forecasting sessions and annual budget planning processes. • Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy to fulfill commitments to retail partners. • Input and manage promotional plans in SFO, maintaining the promotional calendar. • Partner with sales teams to prepare presentations and business reviews. • Develop a thorough understanding of product categories including consumer preferences. • Lead special projects focused on UK business growth and operational optimization. • Oversee the execution of UK product launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or retail operations within the consumer products industry. • Significant experience in multiple roles within sales, demand planning, or similar fields, preferably with major UK retailers. • Past sales experience is preferred but not required.
