Description
• Responsible for developing and executing the integrated marketing communications strategy across EMEA. • Lead cross-functional teams to activate full funnel campaigns across all channels. • Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a significant portion spent in the EMEA region. • Proven experience in leading successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Strong understanding of the diverse cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes within EMEA. • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus. • Preferred: Experience in relevant sectors, familiarity with emerging marketing trends and technologies, EMEA experience, willingness to travel.
