• A customer-first mindset with the ability/confidence to communicate with potential customers. • Meticulous attention to detail when evaluating customers' lending requirements and eligibility. • Excellent time and task management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to be able to make connections with your clients to build and maintain exceptional customer relationships. • A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within your role. • The energy to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the drive to go above and beyond in your role. • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in the financial or lending industry, is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with potential customers. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM to manage lead data and interactions efficiently.
