• Support the account executive team • Help complex, service-led organisations harness the power of digital • Collaborate with digital experts to design and adapt solutions
• Provide administrative or technical support at an intermediate level • Support all commercial related activities including preparation of proposals, presentations, tenders, contract management, and other correspondence • Handle day-to-day queries from account management, sales teams, and customers using quoting tools and/or CRM system (Hubspot ideally) • Liaise with people at all levels of an organisation and maintain effective relationships • Effective communication skills • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent numeracy skills • Excellent problem solving skills and initiative • Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude • Desire to learn and grow • Enjoy working in a team environment • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, organise and meet deadlines • Nice to have: Experience with digital/web content/web solutions similar to Sitecore, Optimizely • Nice to have: Experience managing customer relationships
