• Managing and Growing the Sales Team: Lead and expand the Manchester-based sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. • Converting Enquiries: Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into sales. • Identifying New Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads. • Building New Business and Closing Sales: Develop new business opportunities and close sales effectively. • Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage and build relationships with new clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction. • Reporting on Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to the senior leadership team. • Planning and Fulfilling Sales Activities: Plan and execute sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Industry Experience: Have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in the live events and hospitality industry. • Professional Phone Manner: Have a confident and professional phone manner. • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals (HWIs) and corporate clients. • Brand Representation: Be confident in representing the Seat Unique brand. • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and growing sales teams. • Sales-Driven Attitude: A strong sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
