• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including saas agreements, partnership agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts. • Provide strategic advice to various departments within the company, including business development, sales, marketing, and product teams, on a broad spectrum of legal issues related to technology, intellectual property, data protection, and more. • Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring the company's compliance with legal requirements. • Resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters that arise during negotiations. • Produce and/or maintain various standard agreements. • Advise on special projects as needed, including new product developments, while taking into consideration their legal and regulatory impact on the company.
• Qualified lawyer with around 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law. • Prior experience working in a law firm's technology or commercial practice, and/or as in-house counsel for a tech company, is highly desirable. • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. • In-depth understanding of technology-related legal matters, including intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and legal developments in the AI industry.
