Description
• Strategic advisory – Support Account Manager with a meticulous understanding of clients’ businesses, campaigns, challenges and opportunities. Focus on strategic thinking and conversations that leads to account growth. • Planning – Working with the Account Manager to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of strategies. Liaise with clients to build briefs, develop ideas, tactics/mechanics, scope and budgets. • Account development – Ensure we are delivering tangible business value for clients. Working within the Client Services team to uphold quality of work (creativity and effectiveness), define KPIs that we can overdeliver. • Client growth – Look for opportunities for cross-sells and upsells. Discover ideas and working with the Account Manager to pitch win-win solutions. • New business support – Contribute to and participate in new business pitches.
