•Assist lawyers with the preparation and management of legal documents. •Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. •Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates. •Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence. •Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. •Review and analyse data in large spreadsheets and documents.
•A degree in law, relevant qualification or prior experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department. •Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology. •Excellent research, organisational, and time-management skills. •Proficiency in using legal research tools and software. •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. •Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
