Description
• Provide administrative support to Intellectual Property Counsel • Prepare and file patent applications and trademark documents • Maintain Intellectual Property files • Prepare Information Disclosure Statements • Review correspondence from USPTO and update CPI with deadlines
Requirements
• 3 or more years of IP paralegal experience • Proficiency with docketing database CPI • Strong computer skills with experience in WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, and with the USPTO’s Patent Center, PAIR, and Financial Manager • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, high quality work standards, and the ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Unusually strong attention to detail • Ability to act independently to meet deadlines
