Description
• Support a large commercial team of legal professionals • Assume responsibility for progression of cases from introduction to conclusion • Engage in pre-action correspondence with third parties • Draft pleadings and witness statements • Negotiate and document settlements • Conduct legal research • Collate evidence
Requirements
• Paralegal experience with knowledge or experience of commercial dispute resolution • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude • A methodical approach with an extremely high level of attention to detail • Confident commercial/business communication skills • Ability to collaborate • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel • Great time management and organisational ability • Highly flexible approach in a team environment
