Description
• Help to ensure a clear legal basis for new products at Plum • Engage directly with the FCA responding to queries • Support scoping new authorisations and permissions • Manage process of new authorisations requests • Support with review of commercial contracts and fundraising
Requirements
• Has 3-4 years PQE experience in financial services regulation • Has a good knowledge with respect to CASS and provisions for regulated MiFID investment firms • Has experience dealing directly with National Competent authorities and Financial regulators • Is extremely fungible, self-directed, comfortable building the structure and potentially the team • Having exposure to fast growing Fintechs is a big plus, or experience in a large incumbent financial services institution
