Description
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations • Managing contractual agreements and insurance cover for the company • Reviewing and negotiating non-project contracts • Drafting and negotiating project contracts and legal documents • Managing Professional Indemnity insurance renewal and claims process
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction specialist lawyer or architect • Legal qualification carrying out legal and commercial contract reviews • Experience monitoring project appointments and contracts risk register • Excellent drafting skills for legal documentation • Well organized to keep contract documents in good order
