Description

• Provide strong leadership, including coaching, guidance, and support, to a diverse team of engineers. • Help to drive the execution of projects and initiatives ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced software development environment. • Vast experience as a hands-on software engineer using Python and Django or other web framework. • Experience with designing, creating and maintaining APIs to drive products and solutions. • Coaching or mentorship experience, with a passion for supporting the professional growth and development of team members. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
