• Develop and execute a technical vision that aligns with our company’s growth objectives, focusing on scaling our platform • Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed multi-disciplinary engineering team • Drive evolution of our platform, moving from current technologies to fully integrated LLM and other cutting-edge solutions • Jumpstart architectural initiatives, working closely with the team to implement robust solutions without relying on external enterprise architects • Lay the foundational technical groundwork necessary for our company's long-term growth
Requirements
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated success in leading large (20+) cross-functional and globally distributed teams, including Platform and Software Engineers • Preference for experience managing offshore teams • Strong POV on enterprise architecture. Preference for deep experience with Platform businesses vs Product businesses • Passion for using technology and innovation for good, with a curiosity to explore emerging trends and technologies in the health tech space and the rapidly evolving AI landscape • Outcome-oriented with a track record of delivering to impressive timescales • You are a mentor and a coach to your teams, leading from the front and inspiring them towards exceptional results • Proven ability to energize and motivate engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive Engineering culture • Significant startup / growth stage experience, with strong bias for action and high ownership mentality • Experience in building, delivering, and maintaining a multi-year technology roadmap that supports the company vision and product roadmap • Preference for experience in a regulated industry • Willingness to travel to NYC and Bangalore offices
