• Performs a wide variety of accounting and tax assignments • Communicates effectively with clients • Understands AICPA rules and regulations • Engages in professional education and training • Assists with recruiting new staff • Develops relationships with clients and team members
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or master’s degree in accounting • Minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education required each year • Proficiency in use of computers and accounting/tax software • Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles and personal income taxes • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English • Either holds a current and valid CPA license or is working toward obtaining it
