• Assist in the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, approval, and payment. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment processing, and customer communication. • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. • Generate financial reports and dashboards to support internal and external reporting requirements. • Support external audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation. • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls. • Participate in the annual budgeting process by collecting and analyzing data, as well as preparing budget reports. • Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget vs. actual performance. • Contribute to the development of financial forecasts to guide strategic planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and provide financial analysis and reporting • Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support. • Assist with the management and filing of basic HR benefits, including 401K, Health Insurance, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards. • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
