Description
• Lead and execute global communication and content strategy. • Spearhead global communications efforts and deliver compelling campaigns. • Manage and enhance Panton’s public profile through proactive media engagement. • Oversee high-impact events and manage critical internal and external communications. • Design and execute a communication plan that supports fundraising and business priorities. • Craft and distribute targeted communications to clients and prospects. • Lead the creation of high-quality content that showcases Pantheon’s expertise. • Develop and manage a proactive media strategy and handle press engagements. • Own the content strategy for Pantheon’s flagship events. • Manage and mentor a Communications Associate.
Requirements
• 5-10 years of proven success in communications within financial services, asset management, or private markets. • Strong understanding of financial markets and a knack for crisis communications and media relations. • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various platforms. • A team player who can work cross-functionally to deliver cohesive and impactful communication strategies. • Experience in managing and developing junior team members, with a strategic mindset that drives overall team success.
