Description
• Lead the technical recording team responsible for all TV and Radio recording processes and tools. • Work with developers to enhance current tools and workflows for high reliability and monitoring.
Requirements
• Maintenance of existing recording tools and infrastructure. • Maintenance of existing monitoring tools. • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. • Work with product managers and other developers to ideate software solutions. • Write clean, scalable code in multiple programming languages. • Identify and fix bugs; ensure the functionality and responsiveness of applications. • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews. • Proficiency in Python • Proficiency in C# beneficial • Familiar with Linux(tools, shell script) • Knowledge of streaming services (RTMP, SRT, Kafka, FFMPEG) • Experience of leading and mentoring a technical team • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub. • Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
