• Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for configuring, developing, and managing Cloud Governance Processes on ServiceNow. • Collaborate with global stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Build technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on project needs and process requirements. • Maintain a strong understanding of the overall architecture of ServiceNow. • Translate business requirements into functional designs. • Propose API-based solutions with a focus on usability and automation. • Expertly work on Service Portal and custom applications. • Provide technical insights on ServiceNow’s capabilities and best practices. • Understand the “as-is” processes and recommend toolset changes based on process modifications. • Engage in end-to-end development for specific enhancements or projects. • Collaborate closely with BAs, architects, and platform/testing teams. • Align solutions with the product roadmap to ensure strategic consistency. • Identify areas for process and tooling improvements, providing necessary solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow web services and APIs, with expertise in JavaScript and working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO , and Workflow Configuration. • Familiarity with web applications, network protocols (e.g., SMTP, POP3), and relational databases. • Proficiency in Angular JS, HTML 5, CSS3 , and Bootstrap. • Both client-side and server-side scripting experience. • Experience with ServiceNow Portal and Integration Hub. • Skilled in developing complex widgets, pages, and custom applications using both client and server-side scripting. • Expertise in creating API solutions and reusable scripts. • Proven experience in custom scoped applications development. • Strong skills in writing reports, dealing with version upgrades, and resolving issues with customer expectations. • 8+ years of development experience with ServiceNow. • Strong Service Portal development experience. • Solid technical background in web technologies such as HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, REST/SOAP. • In-depth knowledge of class hierarchy, update set hierarchy, data layers, flows, UI Action/policy , deployment, integration, and SOAP service implementation in ServiceNow. • Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence. • Proficiency in working in Agile work environments with frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. • Knowledge of ServiceNow Core Platform Architecture.
