• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates have a smooth and positive experience from sourcing/application to hire. • Work closely with our Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct thorough market research and mapping to identify and attract top talent (for senior hires). • Analysis of recruitment metrics & monitor and report on essential metrics such as source of hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience to inform decision-making. • Drive initiatives and campaigns to enhance our employer brand e.g. developing engaging content that attracts top talent and highlights our unique culture. • Lead on various talent acquisition projects, creating comprehensive project plans and ensuring milestones are met.
• The ideal candidate will work autonomously with hiring managers across the business; work proactively to build talent pipelines, increase the top of the talent funnel and be innovative in their approach of utilising several channels to attract future OakNorthers. • You’ll be driven to constantly improve how we do things, working with colleagues in our People and Talent Acquisition teams, to make us all more efficient and continue delivering an excellent candidate experience. • Ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders, working in a collaborative and resourceful way • Ability to understand and utilise data to partner with your Hiring Managers in making data-driven decisions and identify process improvements • Experience leading TA related projects, seeing them through to conclusion, impacting and supporting the development of the team • Demonstrate a relentless attitude to finding high calibre talent in the market with a strong research approach to sourcing and experience in developing consistent interview processes • Experienced in developing and/or implementing inclusive sourcing strategies • Experience gained in-house within a fintech or tech organisation, handling a range of business-related roles • Proficient in using an ATS for candidate management and LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing
