• Responsible for leading and managing multiple complex customer facing IT projects and programs • Responsible for the commercial success of engagements and ensuring revenue and margins are maintained • Ensure timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers • Support, empower, motivate and inspire others to excel in their performance
• Minimum of 10 years + experience of managing complex IT software projects • Experience of managing multiple concurrent IT/software projects of varied complexity • Experience of managing IT software implementation and integration projects • Experience of working with SMEs in developing scope of large programs • Solid understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Data migration, Integration, Consolidation, Profiling and Cleansing • Must have experience of customer facing program/senior project management • Must have highly developed soft skills for excellent stakeholder management • Presentation skills – able to prepare and present project status to stakeholders • Experience of managing projects in a globally distributed matrix organization • Experience managing projects within Financial Services / Capital Markets or Investment Banking
