• Coordinate with clients to assess their leadership development needs and objectives • Develop program proposals and design innovative leadership solutions using Duke CE’s resources • Manage the entire program development process from start to finish, ensuring that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations • Collaborate with faculty, other members of the program team, and partners to deliver high-quality programs • Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations • Ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution, preferably in Education, Business Management, or any related field • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational or corporate environment • Project management experience, with an ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal abilities • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong capability in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts effectively • Understanding of the global education landscape and leadership development trends • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
