Description
• We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to lead the Glasgow Silverburn Store team on a full-time basis. • Oversee the running of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team. • Model delivering customer service principles and provide detailed product knowledge. • Assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in retail • Experience working at a supervisory capacity • Excellent communication skills • Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve both store and personal KPI's • High level of personal grooming standards • Passion for luxury and champion brand values • Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements
