Description
•You’ll work closely with the founders, report to our CEO, and take ownership of the brand, creative and organic side of marketing. •What you will really be doing is figuring out how to create a category and dominate it. •Lead creative across the company making sure there is a strong user understanding and creative angle to our work. •Work closely with our Head of Content (HoC) and own our email marketing. •Run user research. Take insights from product to inform marketing and vice versa.
Requirements
•Experienced working in cross-functional teams with designers and copywriters. •A talented brand marketer and strong copywriter. •A systems thinker able to look at the strategy and ruthlessly prioritize accordingly. •Someone with a strong growth mindset, able to pick things up and learn. •Comfortable project managing and most joy in getting things done. •Compassion, empathy, understanding, or interest in mental health •Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends
