• Responsible for evolving and growing the brand through launching products, campaigns, collaborations, optimizing the website and Amazon listings • Set priorities and guide the team to create marketing material that maximizes conversion and builds brand equity • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies and campaigns • Work on a diverse range of projects with cross-functional teams • Marketplace expansion and optimization through design and content • Website optimization through improved user experience, design, and content • Collaborations and partnerships • New product launches, category expansion, and optimization • Engagement with customers and investors to improve brand affinity and raise capital • New initiatives to acquire new customers and drive brand growth
• 2:1 degree or higher (preferred) • Demonstrable commercial understanding with the ability to value and prioritize work • Ability to create and execute comprehensive brand and marketing plans • Ability to manage and develop a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong storytelling and presentation skills • Best in class collaboration skills • Reliable, organized with excellent project management abilities • An entrepreneurial individual with a proactive and innovative mindset • Agile and embraces change and new opportunities • Exceptional problem-solving abilities • Genuine passion and interest in design, marketing, and consumer behavior • Enthusiasm for the Mous brand • Tenacity and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced working environment • Experience with project management software (Wrike), directing and briefing graphics, renders, and content shoots, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
