Description

• Solution Consultants play a vital role within Modulr working in a highly consultative fashion identifying client pain points, defining Modulr proposition fit and developing tailored solutions. • The successful Solution Consultant will act as a trusted advisor on Modulr products, solutions and best methods of integrating services throughout the client engagement lifecycle. • You will leverage your expertise of the payments industry, regulation and Modulr’s technology to drive forward client engagements through leading discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demonstrations, impactful pitch presentations, developer Q&A, and formal RFI/RFP responses. • You will collaborate with our product teams identify feature enhancements and new product offers that Modulr can bring to market. • You will consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally • You will document and sign-off solutions (covering principles and key money flows but not technical or implementation detail) ensuring all parties have complete clarity as to the solutions being implemented

Requirements

• have a successful track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business. • be comfortable with change and uncertainty. • have excellent stakeholder management skills. • have relevant professional experience in areas such product, technology, architecture and consulting • have significant relevant payments industry experience, whether this is from card payments, account payments or elsewhere. • have at least 3 years in technology-based presales or solution design role ideally in API based SaaS platforms and real-time transaction processing. • have experience of solution design in complex technical and financial regulatory domains. • have very strong skills in discovery, eliciting requirements, creating and delivering product and solution pitches. • have first class client engagement skills throughout the lifecycle of a sales engagement. • have strong, data driven analytical skills • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in articulating complex solutions
