• Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple technical projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and performance in future projects. • Strategically manage and allocate resources, balancing the needs of multiple projects with team capabilities, and adjusting as necessary to meet changing project demands. • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes by embracing uncertainty and challenging conventional approaches. • Be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of the project. • Develop a high-performing Agile team of engineers across disciplines, including Electronics, Mechanical Design, Software Development, Machine Learning, and Embedded Systems. • Evaluate team capacity, identify skill gaps, and regularly review performance to implement tailored individual development plans. • Ensure effective communication, for example with Beta Testers, early adopters, and support, delivering clear updates and gathering critical feedback throughout the implementation of prototypes. • Work autonomously and proactively, managing your own workload.
• A strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry trends, with the ability to lead effectively in a highly technical environment. • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted technical projects from initial planning through to final delivery. • Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, driving project success through strategic influence and hands-on leadership. • Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels. • Capable of aligning project outcomes with broader organisational goals, anticipating challenges, and making informed decisions to steer projects to success. • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to switch focus quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Background in the technology sector, particularly within areas akin to; SAAS, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electronic Engineering is highly desirable.
