• Manage HR policies and processes across all domains • Oversee the entire payroll process • Manage and maintain the HRIS ensuring data accuracy and integrity • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings and onboarding • Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns • Manage performance review processes • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations • Oversee day-to-day office operations • Organise and manage company events and socials • Liaise with vendors and service providers
• Extensive People Operations Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a broad HR role • Office Management Experience: Proven experience in managing office operations and administrative functions • HRIS Experience: Proficient in managing HRIS systems with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy • Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of a startup environment
