Description

• Lead on the formulation and implementation of strategic financial plans aligned with the organization's vision and objectives • Develop meticulous financial forecasts, budgets, and reports including cashflow management • Responsible for risk management and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and safeguarding against financial risks • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping • Oversee cost control and optimization, payroll administration, and tax compliance

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as ACA, CIMA, or AAT or equivalent • Proven experience in financial management, financial analysis and budgeting skills • Proven experience in a management role within a small to medium-sized company environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments and stakeholders • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including accounting software and ERP systems, Sage One Cloud based software for accounting and payroll processing • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of relevant laws, systems, and regulations related to finance and accounting in higher education • Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organizational goals
