Description

• Build and manage a world class finance team • Work across departments to build best-practice processes and controls • Ensure robust reconciliation to FCA standards on client money accounts • Ensure timely month-end close process and produce management accounts • Adhere to tax and statutory reporting requirements • Work with third party firms on R&D, corporation tax returns and assurance reviews • Leverage software and tools to automate finance processes • Evaluate ERP solutions and lead implementation processes • Implement effective budgetary control and accountability • Assist with board and investor reporting • Help derive financial and non-financial KPIs • Maintain a rolling forecast for key financial metrics • Ensure effective working capital management • Provide insights on key growth drivers • Assist in producing financial models and investor engagement • Build and manage company cap table

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA • 1-3 years PQE • Experience with multi-currency consolidations • Advance excel skills • Experience with Xero • Experience in audit/consulting • Experience in startups/scaleups • Experience in insurance • Experience in implementing ERP system
