Description
• Supporting the CFO with management reporting across the business divisions, inc. consolidation, deck creation, commentary, and analytics. • Supporting the CFO with Balance Sheet management and Group wide financial control environment • Business Partnering specific company departments: Report creation & maintenance, forecasting & budgeting, variance analytics, and other ad-hoc analytics that supports decision making. • Liaising with external auditors • Assisting the CFO with ad hoc projects
Requirements
• Demonstrated passion for completing tasks, with a proactive attitude towards elevating financial processes and capabilities. • Demonstrable experience of 3 way forecasting and reporting is preferred • Experience of Fund Reporting is preferred • Proven experience in an Accounting or FP&A role, +2 years. • Currently studying for an Accounting accreditation. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a record of delivering results • Experience in implementing finance processes is advantageous. • Familiarity with Xero is preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets is advantageous.
