Description

• As the most senior tax person, responsible for managing the global tax operations of LMAX Group. • Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and optimize the group’s tax position. • Advise on tax implications of business strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent with extensive post-qualification experience in a senior tax role. • Proven experience in managing tax affairs of a complex multinational organization, ideally within the financial services sector. • In-depth knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex tax issues and provide strategic advice. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring tax professionals. • Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
