Description
• Performing S42 Enquiries and urgent visits, prioritising high-risk Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity assessments. • Addressing situations of harm due to neglect or self-neglect with urgency and care. • Making proportionate, person-centered decisions based on comprehensive risk information.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a community team, specifically within Adult Services. • Demonstrated ability to conduct S42 Enquiries and assessments under the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act. • Car driver is essential due to the coverage of all of North and West Bristol. • Social Work England registration • Eligible to work in the UK • Hold a full UK licence • Post-qualified experience • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
