• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks that could affect the company’s integrity and efficiency. • Ensure operations are in full compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Consumer Duty rules. • Oversee the complaints management process to ensure timely and fair resolution of customer complaints. • Work closely with various departments to ensure that operational processes are designed and executed with the customer's best interest in mind. • Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. • Regularly report on operational risks, compliance issues, and customer feedback to senior management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational risk roles, ideally within the FinTech industry. • An excellent understanding of operational processes from a compliance perspective, including complaints management and improving customer outcomes. • Knowledge of the Consumer Duty rules and other regulatory requirements applicable to the financial services sector. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams across the organisation and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. • A self-driven and motivated attitude, with a passion for supporting the business through operational excellence and compliance. • Relevant professional qualifications in risk management or compliance would be advantageous.
