• Responsible for second line assurance of the Group's non-financial risks • Varied work covering BAU operational risk management and targeted assurance work • Provide insight and guidance to the business and review/control environment
Requirements
• Recent experience in operational risk at a senior level within the financial services industry • Practical experience of applying best practice operational risk management tools and techniques • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships with peers across the 3 lines of defence • Pragmatic, commercial approach to operational risk management • Desire to support the ongoing improvement of the Operational Risk Management framework
