• Nurturing relationships with regulated Financial Institutions through regular calls and meetings, offering innovative and flexible solutions to complex challenges. • Proactively identifying upselling opportunities by continuously assessing and recommending the best product fit for your clients in the portfolio. • Collaborating closely with our Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering teams to ensure compliance with regulations and aligning with our risk appetite. • Preparing compelling memos based on clients' business models and risk profiles, representing their interests at committees and Management Board meetings. • Keeping a pulse on industry trends, remaining at the forefront of the evolving landscape. • Serving as a brand ambassador for LHV, representing us at industry events and networking with key stakeholders. • Flexibility to occasionally (and rarely) schedule calls outside of regular business hours to accommodate clients from different time zones. • Ability to travel occasionally to see clients and attend industry conferences.
• Knowledge and experience within Fintech, banking or the payments Industry • Prior experience of building and cultivating relationships with clients in Banking or Financial Service's • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
