• Sitting within the Client Solutions department and reporting into the Paid Social Lead, the Paid Media Manager will be accountable for providing strategic, technical & operational leadership across Paid Social, with a focus on activation in addition to paid media planning consultation as necessary • The Paid Media Manager will be accountable for day-to-day campaign activation, ensuring set-up, design, delivery, optimisation, troubleshooting and evaluation processes for all campaigns meet our high standards. • They will lead selected departmental projects which focus on improving our BAU and support product improvement workstreams while also providing direction in the shape of principles, processes and specialist objectives to achieve this with support from the Paid Media Lead. • They will also contribute to / own developmental projects for Paid with direction from the Project Owners / Paid Media Lead. • This role encourages growth strategically by encompassing Planning & Product influence as well as Activation competencies, which support the creation of effective client pitches.
• Experience as a Paid Media Manager is essential • Expertise buying across all social media platforms, including Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads and Google Ads • Track record of delivering effective, progressive, digital strategies for clients • Strong knowledge on the media advertising landscape, with a finger on the pulse for new platform opportunities • A test and learn mindset, with genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign performance growth • A proven problem solving mindset with the ability to both proactively spot potential problems, and react when issues do arise. • The ability to clearly articulate points of view to campaign stakeholders and wider teams, and influence decision makers to positively impact campaign performance.
