Description
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify performance trends and insights. • Prepare and present performance reports and translate the insights to client service and other internal teams, with a focus on content, audience, and channels. • Assist in the creation and execution of performance experiments. • Maintain and update performance dashboards and analytics tools. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. • Design and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies and tactics. • Analyze the results of A/B tests and other experiments to provide optimization recommendations.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of user experience principles. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation. • Knowledge of data visualization tools and SQL (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Effective communication and strong storytelling skills. • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with an open mind. • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools. • Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other optimization experiments. • Previous experience in performance analysis or a similar role. • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
