• Join KAO as a Territory Sales Executive for London South East Team • Focus on driving growth for KAO Salon Division's Goldwell and KMS brands • Partner with salon owners to develop long-term growth strategies • Drive sales and manage your territory effectively • Collaborate with salons to develop tailored turnover plans • Regularly analyse sales performance and implement action plans where necessary • Submit timely sales reports and work closely with the education team

Requirements

• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the beauty or a related industry • A solid understanding of different business sales cultures and the ability to adapt to various environments • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Confident, approachable, and adaptable with a professional demeanour • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently • Flexibility to spend 3-4 days per week travelling to visit customers
