• Support AP and AR functions • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including OPEX reviews & accruals • Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliation • Assist in the preparation of quarterly VAT returns, ONS submissions, and other regulatory reporting requirements • Assist Finance Manager with year-end statutory audit requests • Support the Business Operations Director to ensure the smooth running of our business platforms (including Power BI) • Perform OpenAir administrator tasks • Assist with the preparation of Ad Hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders • Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or working towards qualification • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • A pro-active attitude to problem-solving • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
