Description

• Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth across our Operations teams, all while ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of customer service. • Significant interaction with stakeholders across the business, including Customer Success, Credit Analysts and Collections & Legal to ensure your work delivers valuable commercial outcomes. • Build foundational knowledge in Operations processes across the full range of the customer journey, from signup through to collections. • Involved in a variety of fast-paced projects, learning about new opportunities and implementing impactful changes.

Requirements

• Experience working in a top-tier strategy consultancy or a strategic role at a tech or finance company. • Strong analytical skills, we live and breathe data. Experience with Python is a plus. • Proven ability or a strong desire to implement findings from your analysis; we need a ‘doer’ who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working across the business to see your work come to fruition. • A natural curiosity to spot, break down, and resolve problems. • Ability to distil complex information into key points so that it is succinct and engaging in both written and verbal forms. • A team player with a balance of confidence, humility, and enthusiasm. • High levels of personal integrity, given your exposure to numerous commercially and strategically sensitive projects. • Passionate about helping small businesses thrive—belief in our mission is important!
