• You'll take full ownership of the sales pipeline, while also helping to drive community engagement, and orchestrating outbound strategies for new product launches. • By focusing on building relationships, creating scalable sales frameworks, and sharing frontline insights across teams, you'll play a key role in contributing to our 3x YoY growth, ensuring that at least 30% of turnover comes from new business. • Reporting to our Head of Commercial, you’ll:
• Tenacity and hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to respond quickly and effectively. • Gravitas and credibility to engage in meaningful conversations with senior leaders. • Exceptional relationship builder and networker, able to sell softly and maintain a top-of-mind presence. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance pushing for sales with listening to customer needs. • Intelligent and quick learner, able to grasp and articulate technical propositions. • Deep curiosity, asking insightful questions to fully understand customer motivations and needs. • Creative problem-solver and first principles thinker, able to adapt and develop new sales/BD tactics. • Willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle any challenge necessary to succeed. • Entrepreneurial streak with the ability to think beyond sales, contributing to community building and marketing interactions. • Open to meeting prospects in person, regularly attending industry events, and supporting Odin’s events. • Have experience working in high-growth environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting. • Pre-existing network and understanding of the VC ecosystem. • Experience running deals independently or having worked in a VC environment. • You prefer transactional sales over long-term relationship-building. • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and prefer a rigid structure rather than a dynamic, fast-changing environment. • You're not willing to get hands-on with various tasks outside of sales, such as community building or event participation. • You’re not motivated by challenging growth targets or working in a high-growth environment. • You're not proactive in seeking out opportunities or contributing ideas to improve processes and strategies.
