• Managing financial aspects at ONE LDN • Overseeing payroll, VAT submissions, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting • Handling monthly payroll processing and staff commission calculations • Updating holiday entitlements and maintaining employee records • Keeping Xero up-to-date with invoices, payroll, and supplier payments • Preparing monthly and annual accounts and VAT submissions • Producing weekly and monthly cash flow statements • Managing membership revenue and debtors' collections • Ensuring compliance with UK tax laws and preparing annual confirmation statements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification preferred • 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sector • Advanced skills in Xero and MS Excel • Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, PAYE, and pension regulations
• 25 Days leave per annum (plus bank holidays)
