Description
• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of monthly and annual financial statements across various Verto entities • Provide actionable insights by analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement • Deliver consolidated financial statements that are accurate and timely • Monitor budget performance and address significant variances • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during financial audits • Prepare and review audit schedules • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns • Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal control policies and procedures • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team
Requirements
• Full Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA • Minimum of 3 years PQE in industry (payment or fintech highly preferred) • Proven experience in consolidation and multi-currency reporting • Strong background in audit processes and liaising with external auditors • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS) • Proficiency in financial software systems • Advanced Excel skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
