Description
• Responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent delivery of all birthday parties within KidZania London • Lead on parties’ strategy and outbound sales, working closely with all operational departments and sales/marketing teams • Hands-on role for a highly motivated, sales and marketing professional with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role and within Contact Centre, Call Centre, Customer Service, Attractions, Hospitality, Entertainment, Trade & Events • Computer literate and confident in using ticketing and phone systems, word, excel and PowerPoint • Experienced in selling products in the corporate and/or leisure industry • Highly organised and efficient • Excellent project manager • A strong communicator, both verbal and written, confident in communication at all levels and to large audiences • Commercially minded and results driven • Comfortable leading a team whilst being hands on and leading by example • Confident in establishing and maintaining relationships within the industry • Proactive and organised with the ability to lead and work as a team, with initiative • Confident and personable, with ability to build relationships with problem-solving skills • Ability to work through complex issues and to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail • Continuous improvement mindset, positive attitude, and resilience • Passionate about education and our future generation • Experience in managing relationships with public and third parties, more broadly, fairly and with respect, without stereotyping or bias
