Description
• The Operations team at Javelin manages the reconciliation, confirmation and settlement of commodity products within Javelin. • Key Responsibilities Include: • Trade Settlement and Invoicing process for physical and financial commodities • Drafting physical and financial commodities • Maintenance of Confirm reporting database • Liaising with Trading/Logistics team to resolve queries and discrepancies • Monitoring and updating settlements systems and daily reporting • Ongoing management of Financing transactions • Reconciling OTC and Exchange Traded positions • Documenting processes and procedures
Requirements
• Degree in a STEM or Business-related field • A strong work ethic is required to help drive the team forward and push for technology-based solutions. • Demonstrable organizational skills • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage and prioritise workload and judge priority and urgency of requests and issues • Excellent attention to detail
