• The Customer Service team at IOSH thrive on putting the customer at the heart of all that we do. • Reporting to the Team Leader, support customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone and Digital. • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues while working on exciting projects.
• Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment. • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment • Experience of time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. • Administration experience
