Description

• Develop a partnership strategy and roadmap. • Create and execute plans to meet strategic objectives. • Manage, engage and get our new partners and affiliates up and running. • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing global partners. • Identify new partners and affiliates in key markets. • Act as the key contact for partners across multiple regions. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams. • Track and analyse the performance of partnerships. • Provide partners with training, marketing and sales resources. • Stay updated on industry trends. • Provide regular reports on partnership activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. • Proven track record in managing and growing global partner networks. • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners across different cultures and regions. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively drive them to completion. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. • Experience in monitoring performance and working with data to track results. • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
