Description
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of systems and applications, both in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure • Conduct ongoing testing and debugging to ensure software systems are functional and perform optimally • Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions • Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to users across various departments • Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and transform them into effective technical solutions • Aid in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including software and network components • Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-based applications and infrastructure • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing • Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technological advancements to continually improve the bank's processes and capabilities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Intune & Defender • Familiarity with windows patch management • Familiarity with Endpoint protection and Microsoft security policies • Familiarity with vulnerability management • Familiarity with Cloud (Azure/AWS) • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills • Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changes
