Description
• Lead and manage a team delivering projects for the Banking Hub account • Provide quality and timely services in a professional manner • Ensure all projects are commercially managed in a proactive manner • Develop relationships with key stakeholder clients to encourage repeat business • Assist in final contract negotiations prior to contract award • Maintain a close working relationship with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating / Work Winning and Support teams
Requirements
• Strong educational background – degree or equivalent experience • Leadership experience combined with good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge • A proven track record of delivery • Experience managing multiple projects with diverse scope of works. • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve • High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines • Commercial Aptitude. • Negotiation skills. • Proven accounts and financial management track record
